Hello All...As you are aware we are close to full this year. We as of today can accept 5 more mens teams and 4 more coed teams..Our next registration Meeting is Tuesday November 16th @ Jeffery's Lounge on Henderson Hwy.

The Spongee League of Winnipeg is well on it's way of reaching it 40 team total for the 2010-11 Sponge Hockey season. As of today we have room for just 9 more men's teams and 5 more coed teams. Our next registration meeting will be on Wednesday November 3rd between 6:30 and 8:30 @ Jeffery's Lounge on Henderson Hwy.

We will also not accept any more team entries after we reach the 40 team mark or after November 25Th whatever comes first. We plan to have our Ice in the first week of December and start our Exhibition games that week!

Jerseys- If your team is in need of jersey's for the upcoming spongee season, check out River City Sports. As the official sponsor of the S.L.O.W they can outfit your whole team this winter. Walk in and mention your a member of our league and they will be happy to assist ya!

We would also like to Welcome the Manitoba Sponge Hockey Champions to our Men's first division this winter. The Cereal Killers are one of the top sponge hockey teams and are looking forward to playing against the other elite level spongee teams in our River City Sports first division.
